Kerry Spencer Young

Kerry, our Founder, brings over 18 years of expertise in operational, financial, and sales leadership. She has played a pivotal role in executing major debt and equity transactions across the Caribbean and has successfully led large teams, optimized sales and distribution strategies, and introduced digital solutions to elevate customer experiences. Her skill set extends to driving complex restructuring and change management initiatives, including post-M&A integrations.

Having held senior leadership roles in prominent Caribbean financial institutions, Kerry now leads a team of experts dedicated to delivering innovative and impactful solutions to clients.

She is a Certified Financial Planner with an MBA in Finance from the University of Manchester and a BSc in Business from Norfolk University. Additionally, she has completed executive education programs in investment, corporate finance, and leadership at NYU and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Kerry’s professional contributions include serving on the boards of government and private equity organizations, showcasing her commitment to excellence in governance and strategic oversight.
